Rules for using the Pepper marketplace

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

• You must be at least 21 years old to use the service.
• You may use the service only if doing so is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use, purchase, sale, shipment, and receipt of goods complies with applicable law.

• Products listed or sold through the marketplace are intended for lawful research use only.
• Products are not intended for human consumption, medical use, diagnostic use, or therapeutic use.
• By using the service, you agree not to purchase, sell, market, or use any item for human consumption.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably current.

Pepper operates a marketplace and related operational tools. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Pepper is not the manufacturer of products listed by sellers and is not the shipping carrier or consolidation warehouse. Sellers are responsible for their listings, inventory, product representations, research-use labeling, fulfillment obligations, and legal compliance.

• Listings, pricing, stock levels, and availability may change at any time.
• Orders may be canceled, limited, delayed, or refused where necessary for operational, legal, fraud, or inventory reasons.
• Group orders, seller shipments, and warehouse consolidation may introduce additional timing dependencies outside our direct control.
• Estimated fulfillment and shipping timelines are not guaranteed.

• Sellers must have the right to list, market, store, and ship the products they offer.
• Sellers are responsible for truthful listings, lawful conduct, inventory accuracy, and fulfillment performance.
• We may suspend listings, hold payouts, or remove stores where we detect abuse, policy violations, operational failures, or legal risk.

• Payment methods and payout methods may change over time.
• Payouts may be delayed, held, reversed, or offset to address refunds, disputes, fraud, compliance review, or platform fees.
• You are responsible for taxes, reporting obligations, and fees applicable to your activity on the marketplace.

• Violating any law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Providing false information, impersonating others, or manipulating marketplace activity.
• Interfering with site security, scraping protected data, or attempting unauthorized access.
• Using the marketplace to distribute harmful, infringing, unsafe, or prohibited goods.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service, remove listings, cancel orders, or restrict account functionality at our discretion where necessary to protect users, the platform, or legal compliance.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the conduct, quality, legality, safety, or accuracy of third-party products or services offered through the marketplace.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pepper and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the service after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
